How we protect your data and keep the service reliable.

Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and the BioMaint API is secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

Authentication & Access

We use JWT-based authentication with strong password requirements and optional multi-factor authentication. CAPTCHA is triggered on failed login attempts.

Infrastructure

BioMaint runs on professionally managed cloud servers with firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular OS patching.

Backups & Recovery

Daily encrypted backups are stored across multiple servers. We target 99.9% uptime with procedures to restore service in case of failures.

Incident Response

If a security incident occurs, we investigate immediately, apply fixes, and notify impacted customers without delay. Related: Privacy & Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.
